    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for any return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

    • Pack the item securely, include your RA number, and use a trackable shipping method for the return.
  4. Refund Process

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  5. Exchanges

  6. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
